Service availability and response time may vary.

2. Customer Authorization

Customers must have legal ownership or valid permission to access the property or vehicle.
Proof of authorization may be requested as required under UAE regulations.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices depend on service type, urgency, location, and lock complexity.
• Quoted prices are estimates and may change after on-site inspection.
• Full payment is due immediately after service completion.

4. Service Cancellation Policy

Once a service is confirmed:

• 30% charge applies if cancelled after help is on the way.
• 50% charge applies if cancelled after the technician arrives at the location.

5. Emergency Locksmith Disclaimer

Emergency locksmith services are provided with reasonable care. In some cases, damage may be unavoidable to gain lawful access.

6. Liability & Warranty

• Any warranty on parts or workmanship will be informed at the time of service.
• AdenKeys is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues caused by third-party repairs.
• Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
